Copyright and licensing
Unless previously agreed and compensated for, RELIVE IMAGING shall own the copyright to all images created and may use the work for samples, contests, exhibitions, advertising and self-promotion. Any other commercial use will require the Client’s consent.
The Client enters into an agreement with RELIVE IMAGING to license the use of the produced images as agreed and stated on the quote or invoice.
The supplied images may not be used by the Client for any purpose outside of the original licensing agreement without entering into a new agreement.
Images
The Client accepts that all photographs will be taken and edited at the photographer’s discretion based on the photographer’s experience and artistic view and in a style similar to images displayed on the RELIVE IMAGING website.
RELIVE IMAGING reserves the right to cull and not deliver images from a shoot that may fall into one of the following categories: Images that are almost identical, blinking, pose development images and test exposures etc.
Images deliverable in High-Resolution are 3600 Pixels in the longest edge.
If the Client is obtaining prints they are to be for personal use only, and shall not sell any prints or authorise any reproductions without the consent of the Photographer.
Other
All equipment is checked prior to the event and reasonable steps are taken to ensure backup equipment is available. The photographer will not be responsible for photographs that are not produced due to technical failure.
Special requests are not binding instruction, although every effort is made to comply with the client's wishes.
RELIVE IMAGING does not guarantee any specific picture nor incorporate any specific background, location or group arrangements due to changes in weather and the availability or willingness of subjects.
